What counts as a Costume record?
The official 1.0 announcement says Sephiria launched with more than 20 Costumes and includes a dedicated Costume balance table. That makes Costume a distinct search intent from playable characters. This page groups records by the wording used in that first-party table instead of assuming that every visual name is a separate character.

How to use a historical Costume effect
A launch change proves that an effect was changed in that update; it does not automatically prove that the same values remain live forever. Check the current tooltip before making a Build decision, especially when the effect trades one stat for another. Record the Costume name, version and full tooltip when submitting a correction.
