Sephiria Destiny Inscription Guide

For Staff, follow the connected route from the first Talent node through Level Up → MP Regeneration → New Artifacts (left) → Dice → Talent → Staff, then return to Moro for weapon training. For spare inventory space, unlock the Side Bag; its contents are inactive. If Chapter 4 has removed a quest giver, use the village memory interaction to return to the earlier town.

01Choose a route by what is blocking your next run

Choose the next purchase by the problem you can solve immediately. A weapon purchase is useful when you want a new attack style and can finish its training. Storage is useful when you are regularly abandoning pieces you would like to swap back in. If you want Hard Mode, check the tree conversation after Chapter 2 before spending on unrelated inscription branches. These choices serve different goals, so there is no reason to copy a complete tree just to reach one unlock.

02Follow the Staff branch, then complete the training quest

Begin at the first Talent node and trace the connecting line to Level Up, then MP Regeneration, New Artifacts on the left, Dice, another Talent node and finally Staff. LordGrogs supplied this route in an August 2026 answer to a player who could not find the weapon. The destination was described as the second notch on the far left, reached through a connecting upper branch. Use the node names and connections to navigate rather than moving straight left across the screen.

After buying Staff, return to the village and talk to Moro about learning it. A purchased node and an available starting weapon are separate checkpoints: finish the associated training before checking weapon selection. If you can see the purchased node but cannot equip the weapon, investigate the village quest rather than continuing to buy neighboring nodes. The weapon-unlock guide has the full purchase-to-training sequence and the recovery steps for a changed town.

03Use Side Bag for reserves, not your active damage engine

Side Bag lets you retain spare items, but the launch announcement states that stored pieces are inactive. Keep the Artifact that supplies your current attack loop on the active board. Use reserve space for a possible replacement or an item you intend to compare later. Before entering a boss room, move the chosen setup back onto the active board and check its effects; owning an item in reserve will not make its contribution active.

For example, when assembling Lightning Blade, keep the pieces supplying the working Storm Cloud loop active. An optional future support piece is a better reserve candidate than the item keeping your present build functional. This is a storage decision, not a reason to dismantle a working combination while waiting for a perfect drop. Fruit Skewer is a separate quest unlock associated with the same progression system; use its quest prompt rather than treating a Side Bag purchase as completion of both objectives.

04Restore village quests after Chapter 4

If the town has changed and Moro no longer offers training, use the interaction that returns you to a memory of the earlier village. In the resolved Steam report, a player had bought Crossbow, Staff and Blade after Chapter 4 but could not use them. Another player pointed them to the village memory, and the original poster confirmed finding it. Return to that earlier town state, find the relevant quest giver and finish the weapon lesson before trying selection again.

Keep this separate from the Hard Mode recovery feature. For a missing weapon, the next checkpoint is village training. For missing difficulty access after Chapter 4, the historical official recovery route is in Destiny Inscription. Choose the branch matching your problem so you do not clear another chapter or spend more sapphires to fix the wrong prerequisite.
