When to choose Dull Resonance Stone

Choose Dull Resonance Stone when your displayed Move Speed is near 140% and your setup benefits from Highest Elemental Damage. Reaching the threshold raises its stat progression from +2/4/6/8 to +8/10/12/14, so you can compare a movement pickup with the damage upgrade it unlocks.

1.Read the total Move Speed shown by your character, rather than looking for an item that grants +140%.
2.Bring the total to 140% or higher while carrying Dull Resonance Stone.
3.After it changes to Resonance Stone, use the evolved +8/10/12/14 Highest Elemental Damage values when comparing the next elemental pickup.
